These sites are part of the 4,745 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2026 GLS programme, which is more than 50% higher than the annual average Confirmed List supply over the past 10 years. The tender for the Marina Gardens Lane site will close on 15 October 2026, while the tender for the Orchard Boulevard site will close on 29 October 2026.
