What Ai-Deal is
Ai-Deal is an assistant that answers renovation questions for homeowners in Singapore, drawing on published rules and reference material. Answers are checked against sources where we have them; when something is not covered, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
Informational only
Guidance from Ai-Deal is informational and not a substitute for professional advice. Renovation rules, permits, costs and timelines change and depend on your specific property. Confirm anything important with HDB, your town council, a licensed contractor or another qualified professional before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the assistant's answers.
Your account
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.
- Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Fair use
There is a limit on how many questions can be asked in a period; it refills automatically. Automated scraping, bulk querying, attempts to bypass limits, or use of the service to harass, spam or break the law are not allowed and may lead to suspension.
Content
You keep ownership of the questions you ask. You allow us to store them, show them back to you, and use them in aggregate to improve the assistant. Answers are provided as-is and may be inaccurate or out of date.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause or withdraw features at any time.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
